Facility Support at TAMUCC
TAMUCC has undergraduate programs in Chemistry and a Master's program in Environmental Chemistry. We are ideally located on the Texas Coast to perform environmental studies of the coastal region and the Gulf of Mexico. The Harte Research Institute is dedicated to the study of the Gulf and Corpus Christi has a significant petrochemical industry who are supportive of the University's goals.
TAMUCC has six dedicated chemistry laboratory classrooms in Center for Sciences (CS) and Center for Instruction (CI) and another six research labs. Additional research labs are located in the Natural Resources Center (NRC) and the new Harte Research Institute (HRI) which is expected to be available in September 2005.
